No. The images are design previews, made to show the cut, colour and details before the piece is made. Your frock is made to the details agreed in your quote, and because it is made for you, the finished piece can differ slightly from the preview. If you would like a photo of your piece before it is sent, ask us.

The design preview shows satin. The fabric for your frock is agreed with you in your quote, from photos and descriptions, before anything is cut, and the price stays the same for a like-for-like fabric.

Yes. Ask for sleeves on the order form (short, elbow, three-quarter or full length) and we confirm them in your quote before cutting. A higher neckline or a lining can be added the same way.

Colours can look a little different from the photos. Lighting, the camera and your own screen all change how a shade appears, so the finished piece may be slightly lighter, darker or warmer than it looks here. If the exact shade matters to you, ask us before you pay.

We make it in 5 to 7 working days once your quote is approved and paid in full. Shipping time is added on top and depends on where you live.
