The details
A jalabiya is loose, but the shoulders, the sleeve length and the overall length still decide how it looks. Send body measurements, or garment measurements from a jalabiya or kaftan you own that fits well, and label which they are. Our size guide shows where to measure.
Each jalabiya is quoted on its own, because the price depends on the fabric, the length, any lining and how much embroidery there is. Your written quote gives one total that already includes delivery to your address and any import duties and taxes, and you pay once you have approved it.

Every jalabiya below is cut to your measurements and finished to the design agreed in your quote. Send a photo of any of these looks to start.
A jalabiya, also written jalabiyah or jellabiya, is a long, loose dress that falls from the shoulders to the floor, worn on its own rather than over other clothes. In the Gulf it is the dress for Ramadan nights, Eid mornings and family gatherings, usually with embroidery around the neckline and down the front.
Because it is loose, people often buy a size up and live with long sleeves and a hem that drags. Made to measure, the shoulders sit where they should and the length is right with your shoes.
For Ramadan most women want something comfortable enough for long evenings at home and smart enough for iftar with family. A light fabric, a relaxed cut and soft embroidery at the neckline and cuffs does both.

Eid and Ramadan outfits →An Eid jalabiya usually carries more work than a Ramadan one: a deeper embroidered neckline, a richer colour, and sometimes zari, beadwork or sequins along the front and the cuffs. Tell us the colour and the level of shine you like, or send a photo, and we confirm what suits the fabric.
For weddings, henna nights and formal gatherings, an occasion jalabiya is about the finish: heavier embroidery placed with care, a fuller cut that moves well, and a lining so the fabric hangs properly. We agree the method, the placement and the fabric with you before anything is cut.
Custom embroidery →From December to February, Gulf evenings turn cool and velvet comes out. A velvet jalabiya is warm, holds its colour deeply and shows embroidery beautifully. We cut every panel with the pile running the same way, so the colour looks even from every side.
About velvet →Moroccan-style jalabiyas are known for decorative trims along the front opening and the cuffs, and often a fitted line at the waist. Send a photo of the Moroccan style you like and we make one in that style to your measurements, with the trim and embroidery agreed in your quote.
The neckline and the front panel carry most jalabiya embroidery, followed by the cuffs and the hem. We work by hand, by machine or with both, and in zari, beadwork and sequins. Send your own embroidery design if you have one, with the colours and where you want it.
There is no shop to visit: you order online or on WhatsApp, and your jalabiya is made in Pakistan and couriered to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Riyadh, Jeddah or wherever you live. Your written quote includes the delivery and any duty, VAT and courier fees, so nothing is due at the door.

Yes. Velvet suits winter evenings and occasions, and it carries embroidery well. Because velvet has a pile that must run the same way on every panel, we plan the cut before anything is touched, and the exact fabric is agreed with you in your quote from photos and descriptions.
No. We make women’s clothing only, so every jalabiya is cut to an adult woman’s measurements. Sisters, friends or mothers and daughters who are adults can order matching jalabiyas on one quote, each made to her own measurements.
Yes, before cutting. Anything can change before you approve your quote, and small changes before cutting are usually straightforward. If you cancel after paying, tell us straight away. Before your fabric is cut, we refund what you paid, minus the cost of any fabric we have already bought for your order. With Stitching Only the fabric is yours, so nothing is taken off for it. Once cutting has started, the piece is being made for you alone, so cancelling at that stage is not refunded. Because every piece is made to order, a change of mind is not eligible for a return or refund.
If your outfit doesn’t match the measurements or design agreed in your quote, that’s our mistake to put right: we correct it or remake it without charging for the work. Tell us within 7 days of your parcel arriving, with photos. You pay the postage to send it back to us and for the corrected piece to come back to you. Because every piece is made to the measurements and design agreed in writing, please check those carefully before you approve your quote.
