What is a fabric and stitching service?
It means we supply the fabric as well as making the outfit, so you receive a finished, made-to-measure piece without buying or posting any fabric yourself. At The Gilded Seam this option is called Fabric + Stitching, and every outfit is made in Pakistan and shipped to you.
How do I choose the fabric if I can’t see it in person?
We share photos and descriptions of the proposed fabric with your quote, and you agree the fabric in writing before anything is cut. Tell us the colours, weight and feel you want, and upload images of designs you like, so the fabric we propose matches what you have in mind.
Can I order just one suit?
Yes. Our minimum order is one suit, made according to your agreed measurements and design.
Do you offer free samples?
No. We do not offer free samples. The fabric is agreed with you from the photos and descriptions shared with your quote, before cutting.
Is the fabric included in the quote?
Yes. With Fabric + Stitching your written quote covers the agreed fabric and the stitching. It also includes delivery to your address and any import duties, taxes and customs fees, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
