How it works
From your idea to your door
From your first request to delivery: a written quote, fabric and measurements agreed before cutting, made in Pakistan, then shipped to you. Here is each step and what we’ll ask of you.
Inspiration- 01
Step 1
Request a quote
Send a quote request with your country, the garment, the quantity, the service option you want and design images.
What happens
- You choose Fabric + Stitching or Stitching Only
- You upload design images, screenshots or sketches, and add notes
- We check the details and ask about anything missing
What you do
- Your name, email, country and city
- The garment, the quantity and the service option
- Design images and any notes; your full delivery address is only needed when the order goes ahead
- 02
Step 2
Written quote
You receive a written quote confirming the price and the production time, with delivery and any import duties and taxes included. The minimum order is one suit, and we do not offer free samples.
What happens
- The price for your order, in GBP in the UK or in your choice of USD, EUR or GBP in the USA and Europe
- Production time confirmed, with delivery to your address and any import duties, taxes and customs fees included
- How and when to pay for your order
- For Fabric + Stitching, photos and descriptions of the proposed fabric
What you do
- Check the quote reflects what you asked for
- Ask anything, however small
- Approve it when you’re happy
- 03
Step 3
Stitching Only: send your fabric
For Stitching Only, we confirm your fabric and the sending arrangements, then you send it to us in Pakistan. This is a separate shipping stage; with Fabric + Stitching there is nothing to send.
What happens
- We confirm the fabric is suitable for your design
- We confirm there is enough of it
- We confirm the sending arrangements before you post anything
What you do
- Send photos of each piece and its label first
- Post the fabric only once we have confirmed it
- Keep the tracking details for your parcel
- 04
Step 4
Measurements and design agreed
Your measurements and the design details are agreed with you in writing before anything is cut.
What happens
- We check your measurements and ask about anything unclear
- Neckline, sleeves, length, trousers and any embellishment confirmed
- Nothing is cut until the design and measurements are agreed
What you do
- Enter your measurements on the quote form, in centimetres or inches
- Use our size guide to measure
- Check the written summary carefully before you agree it
- 05
Step 5
Made in Pakistan and shipped
Your outfit is cut, stitched and finished in Pakistan, then shipped to you. Your quote includes delivery and any import duties and taxes, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
What happens
- Cut and stitched to the agreed measurements and design
- Finished, checked and packed
- Shipped to your address in the UK, the USA or Europe, with delivery and import charges already in your quote
What you do
- Try everything on as soon as it arrives
- Contact us promptly if anything isn’t right
- If a courier ever asks you for payment on delivery, contact us before paying anything

Help with each step
- Help me measureNot confident measuring yourself? Choose “Help me measure” on the quote form and we’ll guide you through each measurement on WhatsApp. What to have ready and how it works.
- Send a kameez that fitsHave a kameez that fits perfectly? We can take your measurements from it. Which garment to choose, what a sample can and can’t tell us, and sending it safely.
- Design approvalBefore any fabric is cut, your measurements and every design detail are agreed in writing. What the approval covers, what to check, and how to change your mind.
- How long stitching takesYour written quote states the production time and shipping for your order. What affects timing, why Eid and wedding season are busy, and how to plan backwards from a date.
Questions
About the process
Can I order just one suit?
Yes. Our minimum order is one suit, made according to your agreed measurements and design. If you want several outfits, list them on one quote request and we quote them together.
Do you offer free samples?
No. We do not offer free samples. With Fabric + Stitching, we share photos and descriptions of the fabric with your quote, and the fabric is agreed with you before anything is cut.
Can I supply my own fabric?
Yes, subject to fabric suitability and sufficient quantity. Contact us to confirm the fabric and shipping arrangements before sending it. This is our Stitching Only service: you send the fabric or unstitched suit to us in Pakistan, and we ship the finished outfit to you.
How do I get a price?
Request a quote and we send you a written quote. Tell us your country, the garment, the quantity and the service option you want, and upload design images. UK quotes are in pounds sterling (GBP); in the USA and Europe you choose US dollars, euros or pounds, and the quote is written in that currency. There are no published prices, because every outfit is quoted individually.
How long does an order take, and what does shipping cost?
Production time and shipping costs are both confirmed in your written quote, before you commit to anything. Shipping is part of the price you pay: your quote includes delivery to your address and any import duties and taxes, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives. Production time and shipping depend on the garment, the quantity and where you live, so tell us if you need your order by a particular date. We do not guarantee delivery dates.
Who pays import charges?
Your written quote includes delivery and any import duties, taxes and customs fees, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives. The official rules differ between the UK, the USA and European countries, and our country pages summarise them for each. If a courier ever asks you for payment on delivery, contact us before paying anything.
How do I pay?
UK customers pay in pounds sterling (GBP). Customers in the USA and Europe choose US dollars (USD), euros (EUR) or pounds sterling (GBP), and the quote is written in that currency. Your written quote explains how and when to pay before you approve your order.
What if something isn’t right?
Contact us as soon as your order arrives, with photos, so we can look at it with you. How a fault is dealt with, and any time limit for telling us, is set out in your written quote. Because every piece is made to the measurements and design agreed in writing, please check those carefully before you approve them.
