What we collect

• Contact details: your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone or WhatsApp number.
• Location: your country and city when you enquire, and your full delivery address only when your order goes ahead.
• Order details: the service option you choose (Fabric + Stitching or Stitching Only), the garment, the quantity, design and fabric choices, your notes and any date you mention.
• Measurements: the body measurements you enter or send us.
• Images and files: design images, sketches, screenshots, fabric photos and links you choose to share.

Why we use it

Only to respond to you, prepare your quote, make and ship your order, and keep a record of it. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract once you approve your quote.

Where it is used and who receives it

Your garments are made in Pakistan, so the details needed to make and ship your order, such as your measurements, design choices and delivery details, are used there.

Enquiries sent through our forms are delivered to our inbox by our email provider. If you choose WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms. When your order ships, the courier receives the details it needs to deliver it and clear customs, such as your name, address and phone number. Each of these services processes your data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep order records, including measurements and photos, for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to make repeat orders easier if you have asked us to. Ask at any time and we will delete them, unless we must keep a record for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within one month.

If you live in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. If you live in the European Union, you have similar rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and can contact the data protection authority in your country.

Cookies and site analytics

This website uses its own first-party analytics to understand which pages are useful and how quickly they load. It uses no advertising cookies, and analytics data is not shared with third parties.

If you agree, a random visitor ID is stored in your browser for 13 months so that repeat visits can be linked. If you do not agree, page views and load times are counted without storing anything on your device.
