Processing Time and Worldwide Delivery, Explained
Quick answer
We deliver worldwide. Your outfit takes 5 to 7 working days to make once your quote is approved and paid in full, then it is couriered from Pakistan to your address. Shipping time is extra and depends on where you live. Your quote includes the delivery cost and any import duties, taxes and courier fees, so nothing is due when the parcel arrives.
Two different clocks
People often add these together without realising they are separate. Processing is the 5 to 7 working days we spend cutting, stitching, finishing and checking your outfit. Shipping is the courier’s journey from Pakistan to your door, which starts after that and varies by destination and service.
So if you need an outfit for a date, count both: the making time, the shipping time, and a few days at the start to agree your design and pay.
Where we deliver
We ship worldwide. We have delivery guides for the UK, the USA, the UAE, including Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Europe. Each one covers addresses, local import rules where we could confirm them, and fabric for the climate.
If your country is not listed, choose Another country on the quote form and we will confirm the delivery details in your quote before you pay anything.
What delivery costs
Delivery is part of the price, not free and not a surprise. Your written quote includes delivery to your address and any import duties, taxes and customs or courier fees in your country, so the parcel is delivered duty paid. If a courier ever asks you for payment on delivery, contact us before paying anything.
We do not publish shipping prices or transit times because they depend on the destination, the weight of the parcel and the service. Your quote shows the delivery arrangements for your order.
Stitching Only: one more journey
If you send us your own fabric, there are two shipping stages: your fabric to us in Pakistan, which you arrange once we have confirmed it, and then the finished outfit to you. The 5 to 7 working days start when your fabric arrives. See Stitching Only for how to send it.

Do you deliver to my country?
Yes, we deliver worldwide. If your country isn’t on the quote form, choose Another country and we’ll confirm the delivery details in your quote before you pay.
Will I pay customs when my parcel arrives?
No. Your quote includes delivery and any import duties, taxes and courier fees, so nothing is due on arrival. If a courier asks for payment, contact us before paying.
Can you send my order to a different address from mine?
Yes. Give us the delivery address when your order goes ahead, and the quote covers delivery and any import charges for that country.
