Plain T-shirts, made to your measurements
A plain T-shirt made to measure fits where standard sizes do not: longer in the body, easier over the hip, or with sleeves that stop where you want them. You choose:
- Fit: close, regular or relaxed
- Neckline: round, V or boat neck
- Sleeves: short, elbow, three-quarter or full
- Length: cropped, at the hip, or longer to wear over trousers
- Colour: from the fabric shown in your quote
Measurements
For a T-shirt we make, send body measurements, or garment measurements from a T-shirt you own that fits the way you like. Label which they are and keep them separate; a stretchy T-shirt laid flat measures very differently from the body.
For embroidery on your own T-shirt we need no body measurements, only where the design should go and how big it should be. Measure from a fixed point such as the shoulder seam or the neckline, and add a photo with the spot marked.
- Bust, waist and hip
- Shoulder width
- Sleeve length
- Length from the shoulder to the hem
Which T-shirts take embroidery well
T-shirt fabric is knitted, so it stretches, and embroidery does not. A firm, mid-weight T-shirt usually takes a design well; a very thin or very stretchy one can pucker or pull around the stitching. Seams, side panels and printed areas also limit where a design can sit.
That is why we look at photos of your T-shirt, and its label, before you post anything. If it is not suitable, we say so and suggest a T-shirt we make instead.
Embroidery methods, placement and size
We do hand embroidery, machine embroidery, zari, beadwork and sequins. On a T-shirt, lighter work generally sits best, because heavy beadwork or dense sequins can drag a knit fabric. Suitability depends on the fabric, the garment’s construction, the density of the design and its placement, and we confirm the method in your quote.
Popular placements are the left chest, the centre front, a sleeve, the hem and the back of the neck. Tell us the approximate size you have in mind, and we confirm the size that will look right on that part of the T-shirt. The design is stitched straight into the T-shirt: we do not print, and we do not make patches.
If you run a brand and want your logo on T-shirts or other suitable garments, that is a manufacturing project, with development, production, labels and packaging quoted per project. See manufacturing for brands.
How pricing works
Each order is quoted individually: the T-shirt, the size and density of the design, the method and the number of pieces all affect the price. Any design or set-up work needed to turn your artwork into embroidery is included in the written quote.
The total includes delivery to your address and any import duties, taxes and customs or courier fees. You pay in full once you approve it, by bank transfer, Wise or a card payment link.
Making time and delivery
A T-shirt we make is ready in 5 to 7 working days from approval and full payment. Your own T-shirt is embroidered in the same 5 to 7 working days, counted from when it reaches us in Pakistan. Courier transit time is added, varies by destination and has no guaranteed date.
Delivery is calculated for your parcel and destination and shown in your quote, import charges included. Sending your own T-shirt to us is yours to arrange.
From a photo
Send a photo of embroidery you like, or your own drawing. Thread on a knit fabric cannot show every fine line of a photo or a printed logo, so we simplify where needed and describe in the quote exactly what we will stitch. The finished T-shirt follows that agreed design, not an exact replica of the picture.
