Payment, Changes and Cancellations: How It Works
Quick answer
We ask for full payment in advance, by bank transfer, Wise or a card payment link, before any garment is made. You only pay after you have seen and approved your written quote, which sets out the agreed design, fabric, measurements, changes, total price, delivery and the processing time. If you cancel before your fabric is cut, we refund what you paid minus any fabric already bought for you. Once cutting has started, there is no refund. If something we made doesn’t match what was agreed, we put it right without charging for the work, as long as you tell us within 7 days.
What you see before you pay
Your written quote is the whole agreement in one place. Before you pay, it shows:
- The design: your reference photo or our design, with every detail you chose.
- The fabric: what we will use, with photos and descriptions for Fabric + Stitching, or how your own fabric will be used for Stitching Only.
- Your measurements: every number, in the unit you gave.
- Customisation: any changes you asked for to one of our designs.
- The total: one price, including delivery to your address and any import duties, taxes and courier fees.
- Delivery arrangements for your country.
- Processing time: 5 to 7 working days once paid.
- How to pay: bank transfer, Wise or a card payment link.
Why full payment in advance
Every piece is cut to one person’s measurements and design, so it can’t be resold if an order is abandoned halfway. Paying in full up front is what lets us start straight away and keep the 5 to 7 working days. You can pay by bank transfer, Wise or a card payment link.
Changing your mind
Until you approve your quote, anything can change and nothing is owed. After you have paid, tell us as soon as possible: changes before cutting are usually straightforward, but once the fabric is cut some changes are no longer possible and others may affect the price or timing. If you are unsure about a detail, ask before approving. Our page on design approval lists what to check.
Cancelling after you have paid: Tell us straight away. Before your fabric is cut, we refund what you paid, minus the cost of any fabric we have already bought for your order. With Stitching Only the fabric is yours, so nothing is taken off for it. Once cutting has started, the piece is being made for you alone, so cancelling at that stage is not refunded.
If something isn’t right: If your outfit doesn’t match the measurements or design agreed in your quote, that’s our mistake to put right: we correct it or remake it without charging for the work. Tell us within 7 days of your parcel arriving, with photos. You pay the postage to send it back to us and for the corrected piece to come back to you.

Do I need to pay before stitching starts?
Yes. Full payment is made in advance, after you approve your quote and before any garment is made.
Can I pay a deposit instead?
No. We ask for the full amount in advance. You only pay once you have approved your written quote.

Can I get a refund if I cancel?
