Design development
We develop your garment from references, sketches or a technical pack, and agree the construction, fabric and finishing with you in writing.
Samples
A sample is made so you can check the fit, fabric and embroidery before production. Changes are agreed before the next step.
Cut and sew production
Your approved designs are cut, stitched and finished in our studio in Pakistan, in the quantities agreed for your project.
Embroidery development
Hand embroidery, machine embroidery, zari, beadwork and sequins, planned for your fabric, garment and placement. Brand logos on suitable garments too.
Fabric sourcing
We source fabric to your brief, or work with fabric you supply once we have confirmed it suits the design and quantity.

Your brand labels attached and your pieces packed to your specification, both agreed and quoted with the project.

We review what is possible on the fabrics and construction you want and quote development and samples for your project.

We make samples, you review them, and the final specification is agreed in writing before production.

Production and dispatch
Quantities, production time, labels, packaging and delivery are confirmed in the production quote, then made and shipped to you.

Quantities, development and sample costs, production time, labels, packaging and delivery are all set out in writing for your project. We do not publish price lists or fixed minimums.

We confirm what is feasible by your date before you commit. Brand production is scheduled per project, separately from our 5 to 7 working days for single custom orders.
Made in Pakistan
Everything is developed and made in our studio in Pakistan and shipped worldwide. We have no premises in other countries. Read our guide to preparing a manufacturing brief.

Manufacturing questions
Can brands order a custom collection?
Yes. Boutiques, modest fashion labels, abaya brands, traditional wear brands and new labels can have a collection developed and made with us, from samples to production with labels and packaging.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We do not publish a fixed minimum. Quantities depend on the garments, fabric and embroidery, so tell us how many pieces per design you need and we confirm what is workable in your quote.
How long does brand production take?
It depends on the number of designs, quantities, fabric sourcing and embroidery. Development, samples and production times are set out in your project quote. The 5 to 7 working days we state for single custom orders does not apply to brand production.
Can you put our own labels on the garments?
Yes. We attach your brand labels and pack the pieces to your specification. Both are agreed and quoted with the project.
Do you source fabric?
Yes. We can source fabric to your brief, or use fabric you supply once we have confirmed it suits the design and the quantity.
Can you embroider our logo or a signature motif?
Yes, on suitable garments. Hand embroidery, machine embroidery, zari, beadwork and sequins are all available, and we confirm what works for your fabric, garment and placement before sampling.
Where are the garments made?
In our studio in Pakistan. We have no factories, shops or offices in other countries; finished stock is shipped to your destination, and delivery is quoted for your project.
Do you work with brands in the Gulf and the UK?
Yes. We ship worldwide, including to Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and the United Kingdom. Delivery and import arrangements are confirmed in your project quote.
