Personalised logo hoodies
Send the logo as a clear file, ideally the original artwork. We check how much detail it has, because very fine lines and small text may need simplifying to stitch well on knit fabric.
We only embroider logos you own or are licensed to use, and we never copy another brand’s logo or trademark.
Personalised workwear hoodies
A hoodie with a neat logo suits women’s workwear where a shirt feels too formal, such as a salon, a studio, a café or an event stand.
We make women’s garments only. If your team includes men, we can make the women’s hoodies, and the rest would need another supplier.
Personalised team hoodies
For a women’s club, squad or society, every hoodie can carry the same logo plus a name, initials or a number. Send a list with each person’s size and lettering, and we check every line with you before we start.
Quantities, prices and timing
We do not publish a minimum order or a price list for work and team hoodies. Both depend on the design, the number of hoodies and the embroidery, so we quote each order on its own.
Delivery for several pieces is quoted with the order. If you need the hoodies for a launch or an event, tell us the date when you enquire. Brands planning a full collection can use manufacturing for brands.

Is there a minimum order for work hoodies?
We do not publish a fixed minimum. It depends on the design and the embroidery, so tell us how many hoodies you need and we confirm what is workable in your quote.
Can each hoodie have a different name?
Yes. Send a list with each person’s name or initials, the spelling and the size. We check the list with you before we start.
Do you make work hoodies for men?
No. We make women’s garments only. For a mixed team, we can make the women’s hoodies.
Can you put any logo on a hoodie?
Only a logo you own or are licensed to use. We do not reproduce other brands’ logos or trademarks.
How long does a team hoodie order take?
It depends on the quantity and the design, so the timing is set out in your written quote. Tell us your deadline when you enquire.
Can you print our logo instead?
No. We embroider logos. We do not print designs.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, before cutting. Anything can change before you approve your quote, and small changes before cutting are usually straightforward. If you cancel after paying, tell us straight away. Before your fabric is cut, we refund what you paid, minus the cost of any fabric we have already bought for your order. With Stitching Only the fabric is yours, so nothing is taken off for it. Once cutting has started, the piece is being made for you alone, so cancelling at that stage is not refunded. Because every piece is made to order, a change of mind is not eligible for a return or refund.
What if something isn’t right?
If your outfit doesn’t match the measurements or design agreed in your quote, that’s our mistake to put right: we correct it or remake it without charging for the work. Tell us within 7 days of your parcel arriving, with photos. You pay the postage to send it back to us and for the corrected piece to come back to you. Because every piece is made to the measurements and design agreed in writing, please check those carefully before you approve your quote.
