Pick the one closest to what you want and change the parts that do not suit you, whether that is the sleeve length, the kameez length, the trousers or the lining. Each change is agreed in writing, and the outfit is made to your measurements in Pakistan.

Full sleeves and a longer hem are the two changes we would think about first in Qatar, because both suit cooled offices and a modest wardrobe. A lining is another: it takes the chill off in malls and meeting rooms and stops a pale fabric looking sheer. Our chiffon tiered maxi dress shows how this works. It comes floor length with full balloon sleeves and a split band collar, and you can ask for a lining, an ankle-length hem or a closed, higher collar.
For Education City students and staff, three-quarter sleeves can feel too short once the lecture halls are cold, so keeping sleeves full is worth considering. For a winter evening on the Corniche, a dupatta you can wrap or an added waistcoat gives an outfit a little more warmth.
