Sending fabric from Qatar, step by step
Photograph every piece in daylight first: shirt, trousers, dupatta and any sleeve or border panels. We confirm the fabric is suitable for your design and that there is enough of it, and agree how it should be sent, before you post anything. You then book the courier from Qatar yourself, describe the contents honestly on the customs form, and send us the tracking number.
Pack it flat in a sealed bag inside the box, so the shipment survives a humid warehouse.
Two shipments, one quote
Stitching Only always involves two separate journeys: your fabric to Pakistan, and the finished outfit back to Qatar. Our 5 to 7 working days of making start once your fabric has arrived and your quote, in US dollars, euros or pounds, is paid in full. The return delivery and any import charges on it are already in that quote, so nothing is due at your door.

The finished outfit is shipped to you as a second, separate delivery, with delivery and any import charges already in your quote.

What if my suit is short of fabric for the design I want?
We tell you from the photos, before you post it, and suggest a design that works with what you have, such as shorter sleeves or a simpler cut.
Who pays to send the fabric from Qatar?
You arrange and pay for that first shipment yourself, unless your quote says otherwise. The return delivery is included in your quote.
Can you stitch a suit with a printed border panel?
Usually, yes. Show us the border in your photos and tell us where you want it, and we confirm what works before you send anything.
