Checking the suit first
Lay each piece flat in daylight and photograph it, along with the label and any separate embroidered neckline, border or sleeve pieces. Tell us the design you want, and whether you prefer longer sleeves or a longer kameez than the pack was planned for, because both use more fabric. We confirm that the fabric suits the design and that there is enough, and agree how to send it, before you post anything. Our photography tips help.
Posting it from the Kingdom
You book and pay for that first shipment with a courier of your choice, unless your quote says otherwise. Pack the fabric in a sealed bag, describe it honestly on the customs form, and send us the tracking number so we know when to expect it.
Making takes 5 to 7 working days, counted from when the fabric arrives and your quote is paid in full. The return delivery to your Saudi address, with any customs duty, VAT and courier fees, is already included in the quote.
Two journeys, so start early

My suit was planned for short sleeves. Can I still have full ones?
Often, yes, if there is enough fabric. Send photos with the measurements of each piece if you know them, and we tell you before you post it whether full sleeves will fit.
What should I write on the customs form?
Describe the contents honestly, for example unstitched fabric being sent for stitching, with its value. You arrange and complete the paperwork for this first shipment.
