Made in Pakistan, sent to wherever you live

Every outfit we make is cut and stitched in Pakistan and shipped to the customer. We have no shops, studios or staff in any other country, so ordering from overseas is done entirely online: you send your design and measurements, we agree the details in writing, and the finished piece travels to you by courier. We deliver worldwide, including the Gulf, the UK, Europe and North America.

One garment is enough. You do not need to fill a suitcase or club together with friends to make an order worthwhile; a single custom shalwar kameez, abaya or kurta is welcome. The steps are set out on how it works, and this guide focuses on the parts that are different when you live abroad.

What you can order is the same wherever you are: three-piece and two-piece suits, kurtas and kameez on their own, frocks, co-ords, Eid and party outfits, abayas, Western dresses, skirts, tops and trousers, and shirts or trousers ordered separately. We also embroider suitable fabric or garments you already own. All of it is women’s clothing, made to your measurements.

Choose your route: Fabric + Stitching or Stitching Only

With Fabric + Stitching, we supply the agreed fabric and make the outfit, so there is only one parcel: the finished garment coming to you. This is usually the simpler choice from overseas. Our Fabric + Stitching page explains how fabric is chosen.

With Stitching Only, you send your own suitable fabric to Pakistan, perhaps an unstitched suit you bought or were given, and we cut, stitch and finish it. That means two shipping stages: your fabric travelling to us, then the finished outfit travelling back. We confirm that the fabric is suitable, how much is needed and how to send it before you post anything, and the production time starts when it reaches us. The unstitched suit stitching page has the details.

What your written quote includes

The written quote is the single most useful document in an overseas order. It shows the agreed design, fabric, measurements and any customisation, the total cost, the delivery arrangements, the processing time and the policies that apply. Delivery is paid by the customer, and the cost is calculated for your parcel and destination and shown in your quote.

Importantly, the quote includes delivery to your address and any import duties, taxes and customs or courier fees at your end. The parcel is sent with those charges already paid, so there is nothing more to pay when it arrives. That makes comparing a quote simple: the number on the quote is the number you pay.

Currency and paying in advance

Customers in the UK are quoted and pay in pounds sterling. Customers in the USA, Europe and the Gulf choose US dollars, euros or pounds, and the quote is issued in that currency. Anywhere else, the quote currency is agreed when you enquire. Our article on paying from abroad explains how to pick.

Payment is made in full, in advance, after you approve the written quote and before anything is made, by bank transfer, Wise or a card payment link. If you cancel before cutting starts, you are refunded minus the cost of any fabric already bought for your order; once cutting has started there is no refund. The payment and cancellations page sets this out in full.

Timing: production plus courier transit

Production takes 5 to 7 working days from your approval and full payment, or for Stitching Only from the day your fabric reaches us. Courier transit is extra and varies by destination, and no courier delivery date can be fixed in advance, so work backwards from the day you need the outfit and leave a comfortable margin. That matters most before Eid and the wedding season, when everyone is planning at once.

For Stitching Only, add the time your fabric spends travelling to Pakistan as well. Our guide to how long stitching takes shows how the stages add up, and planning ahead for made-to-measure has practical tips.

What is harder at a distance, and how to handle it

  • No try-on stage. Measure carefully, label every number as body or garment, and check them again when they appear in your quote. The size guide shows each measurement.
  • Colour on screens. Colours can look slightly different from photos because of lighting, cameras and screens. If a shade really matters, say so and describe it in words as well.
  • Returns cost postage. If the finished piece does not match the agreed measurements or design, report it in the 7 days after delivery and we correct or remake it without charge for the work, with postage both ways paid by you. Getting the details right in the quote saves that journey.
  • Time zones. Answer questions when you can and keep everything in one email thread or chat, so nothing is lost overnight.

A quick checklist before you enquire

Have your design photo or idea, your measurements in one unit, your country and city, the garment and quantity, and your choice of Fabric + Stitching or Stitching Only. The full delivery address is only needed once the order goes ahead. Customers in Dubai, Doha and London all start the same way, on the quote form.

Common questions

Will I have to pay customs when the parcel arrives?

No. Your written quote includes delivery to your address and any import duties, taxes and customs or courier fees, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Can I order just one outfit from abroad?

Yes. Single-piece orders are welcome, whether it is one suit, one abaya or one kurta.

How long does an overseas order take?

Production takes 5 to 7 working days from approval and full payment, or from your fabric arriving for Stitching Only. Courier transit is added on top and depends on your destination.

Which currency will my quote be in?

Pounds sterling in the UK. In the USA, Europe and the Gulf you choose dollars, euros or pounds. Elsewhere the currency is agreed when you enquire.
