Checking the fabric first
Photograph every piece flat in daylight, not under indoor lights that change the colour. Show us any embroidered front, border or sleeve panel, and tell us the design you want. We confirm the fabric suits it and that there is enough, and agree how to send it, before you post anything.
You then arrange the courier from Bahrain, fill in the customs declaration truthfully and send us the tracking number. A sealed plastic bag inside the box keeps the fabric dry on the way.
Two deliveries, one after the other
Your fabric travels to Pakistan first. Making takes 5 to 7 working days from the day it arrives and your quote is paid in full. The finished outfit then comes back to Bahrain as a second shipment, with delivery and any duty, VAT and courier fees already in your quote.

Who arranges sending my fabric from Bahrain?
You do, after we have confirmed the fabric and agreed how to send it, unless your quote says otherwise.
What if I cancel after sending my fabric?
If a paid Stitching Only order is cancelled before cutting, nothing is deducted for fabric, because the fabric is yours. Once cutting has started, there is no refund.
Can you add a lining to my suit?
Yes. Lining is one of the choices on the quote form, and we confirm the details in writing.
