Work, study and a weekly wardrobe
If you work in one of the city’s business-services offices or study at the University of Wrocław or Wrocław University of Science and Technology, you probably want clothes that go through the week without fuss. Two or three cambric kurtas with straight or cigarette trousers cover most days, and a wide-leg co-ord gives variety. Damp river winters and warm summers
Winter here is cold and damp, with mist over the river and grey weeks in a row. A lined kameez in cambric or khaddar layered under a warm coat is the everyday answer, with marina for the coldest stretches. Summers are warm, good for a lawn suit on Ostrów Tumski or a linen co-ord at a riverside café.
For Eid, a wedding where you are a guest or a family dinner, consider an angrakha-style kameez in marina or velvet, which looks dressy and stays warm. Bolder embellishment is quoted with the outfit.
Sending your own fabric from Wrocław

Can someone measure me in Wrocław?
No. We have no shop, studio or measuring service in Wrocław. You measure yourself at home with our size guide, and we check and agree the numbers with you in writing.
