Posting your fabric from Poland
Start with photos, not a parcel. Once we have confirmed that the fabric suits your design and there is enough of it, and agreed how it should be sent, you choose and book a tracked international service yourself. Because the parcel goes outside the EU, it needs a customs declaration: give a plain, truthful description such as “unstitched cotton suit fabric, three pieces, for stitching”, and keep the tracking number safe. Lawn and embroidered fabrics crease and mark easily, so fold them flat with tissue and seal them in a plastic bag before they go in the box.
Fabric from a Polish shop
Fabric does not have to come from Pakistan. Cotton, linen or a wool blend bought by the metre in Poland can be stitched too, provided it is suitable and enough for the design. Check quantities with how much fabric a three-piece suit needs before you buy.
From arrival to your door

Once your fabric reaches us and your quote is paid in full, we cut and stitch it in 5 to 7 working days.

Stitching Only questions
Do you collect fabric from my home in Poland?
No. You send the fabric to Pakistan yourself, after we have confirmed it and agreed the arrangements. That first shipment is arranged and paid for by you unless your quote says otherwise.
What if my suit does not have enough fabric for the design I want?
We tell you from your photos before you post it, and suggest a simpler cut or a change, such as shorter sleeves or a different trouser style, that fits the fabric you have.
