A good brief from Austria
The clearer the picture, the closer the result. A front view, a back view if you have one, and a close-up of the neckline tell us most of what we need. Add a sentence on where you will wear it, whether that is a Vienna office, a Graz lecture theatre or an Eid dinner in Linz, and anything you would change, such as a longer sleeve or a plainer hem. If you have no picture, written requirements are fine: describe the garment, neckline, sleeves, length and trousers.

When a design needs a winter rethink
Many reference photos come from hot countries. For an Austrian January, we may suggest a lining, full-length sleeves or a warmer fabric such as karandi, and a little more ease so a thermal or a fine knit fits underneath. In a Viennese July, the same design can stay unlined in lawn. You decide, and the agreed version is the one in your quote.

We tell you what we can make from it, suggest anything that would suit the fabric better, and agree every detail with you in writing before cutting.

Approve, pay and we make it
One written quote covers the outfit, delivery and any import charges. Once it is approved and paid in full, we make it in Pakistan in 5 to 7 working days.

Shipped to you
The finished outfit is shipped to your address. Shipping time depends on your country and is added to the making time.

What if part of my design cannot be made?
We tell you before you approve anything, suggest an alternative where we can, and only cut once the final design is agreed with you in writing.
