An example for the Greek summer

The tiered maxi dress is a floor-length chiffon dress with full balloon sleeves, a split band collar and three soft tiers. For a hot Athens evening, three-quarter sleeves make it cooler; on a windy island, an ankle-length hem is easier to walk in; and if you want it less sheer, a lining solves that. For a cooler night in Thessaloniki, keep the full sleeves and add the lining.

The changes you can ask for

Whichever of our designs you start from, the quote form lets you adjust seven things: neckline, sleeves, kameez length, trouser style, lining, embroidery level, and the pieces, by adding a dupatta or a waistcoat. In Greece, the useful ones tend to follow the seasons: shorter sleeves and no lining for summer, full sleeves, a longer kameez and a lining for northern winters, and a waistcoat as an extra layer on a cool evening.

Fabric and delivery

A customised design can be made in fabric we find for you in Pakistan, or from a suit you post to us once we have checked it, as Stitching Only for Greece describes. Whichever you pick, the price you approve covers shipping to your Greek address and the VAT and EU duty set out on the Greece page.
