Before anything goes in the post
Send clear daylight photos of every piece first, with any lengths printed on the label, and tell us the design you want. We confirm whether the fabric suits it, whether there is enough, and how the parcel should travel. Printed borders and embroidered necklines need planning, and using neckline pieces and borders from a pack explains why.
Sending fabric out of Greece
You book this first shipment yourself, unless your quote says otherwise, either at an ELTA post office or with a courier. Pick a tracked international service, write a plain, honest description of the contents on the customs declaration, such as unstitched cotton suit fabric, and give its true value. Wrap the pieces flat in a plastic bag against damp, include a slip with your name and quote reference, and keep the tracking number until we tell you the parcel is with us.
On an island, allow for your parcel taking a little longer to reach the mainland before it heads abroad.
Two journeys, one plan
Your fabric travels to Pakistan, then the finished outfit travels back to Greece as a separate shipment, with its delivery and any import charges already in your quote. We make it in 5 to 7 working days once the fabric has arrived and the quote is paid in full. If Eid is close, Fabric + Stitching cuts out the first journey.

Once your fabric reaches us and your quote is paid in full, we cut and stitch it in 5 to 7 working days.

Your outfit comes back
The finished outfit is shipped to you as a second, separate delivery, with delivery and any import charges already in your quote.

What if my suit does not have enough fabric?
We tell you from the photos before you post it, and suggest changes such as shorter sleeves or a different trouser style, or Fabric + Stitching instead.
Do I pay import charges when the finished outfit reaches Greece?
No. Delivery and any VAT, EU duty or courier fees on the finished outfit are included in your written quote.
