From Jalan Masjid India and Brickfields
The textile shops along Jalan Masjid India and Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman, and the Little India stretch of Brickfields, sell everything from printed cotton to embroidered dress material. If you have a length waiting at home, photograph it in daylight rather than under shop lights, measure it, and send both through the quote form.
We confirm that the fabric suits your design and that there is enough of it before you post anything. You then send it to Pakistan yourself, and your finished outfit returns as a separate shipment. Our Stitching Only page for Malaysia explains the rest.
Rain, rail and cold offices
A typical KL afternoon can bring a thunderstorm out of a clear sky, and a commute on the LRT or MRT ends in a chilled office around KLCC or Bangsar South. Lightweight lawn copes with the heat outside, while a kameez with three-quarter sleeves and a dupatta to drape over your shoulders handles the air conditioning. For work, a short straight kurta with cigarette trousers is neat, and trousers cut just above the ankle keep hems out of puddles.
Students at Universiti Malaya and the city’s other campuses tend to want easy two-piece outfits they can wash and wear all week; a cambric co-ord is a good fit for that life.

Is there somewhere in KL I can come to be measured?
No. We have no shop, studio or tailor in Kuala Lumpur. You measure at home with a soft tape using our size guide, and we check the numbers with you in writing before anything is cut.
Can I order a Hari Raya outfit from Kuala Lumpur?
Yes. Tell us the date when you enquire. Agreeing the design comes first, then 5 to 7 working days of making after full payment, then shipping, so starting well before Ramadan gives you room.
Will I pay anything when the parcel arrives in KL?
No. Your written quote includes delivery to your Kuala Lumpur address and any import duties, taxes and courier fees, so there is nothing more to pay at the door.
