What Malaysian customers usually send
Pakistani brand packs come with a labelled shirt, trouser and dupatta, which makes them easy to plan. Indian dress material from shops on Jalan Masjid India or in Brickfields can be a set or one long length, and batik or printed cotton is often sold by the metre. Posting your fabric from Malaysia
Wait for our confirmation that the fabric is suitable and enough for your design, and for the agreed sending arrangements, before you post anything. You then book the courier from Malaysia yourself. Fold the fabric into a sealed plastic bag first, since humidity and a rainy doorstep are hard on cloth, then pack it in a sturdy envelope or box.
Describe the contents honestly on the customs form, for example as unstitched cotton fabric, and keep the tracking number and receipt. When do the 5 to 7 working days start?
They start once your fabric has reached us in Pakistan and your quote is paid in full. The time your fabric spends in transit to us and the shipping back to Malaysia are separate.
What if my suit is short of fabric for the design I want?
We tell you before you post it, and suggest a design that fits the fabric you have, such as a shorter kameez or a different sleeve. Nothing is sent until you are happy with the plan.
