Fabric for heat, humidity and air conditioning
Tell us where the outfit will be worn and we suggest a fabric to suit. Lawn is the summer workhorse, light and quick to dry. Cambric has a little more body for an office kept cold by air conditioning. Linen suits the cooler months, and for an evening out, chiffon over a cotton lining gives movement without being sheer; our chiffon guide explains how that works. Desert nights in January are when khaddar and karandi come into their own.
Seeing the fabric before you agree
With your quote we send photos and a written description of the fabric we propose, and you can ask as many questions as you like. There are no free samples, and nothing is cut until you have agreed the fabric in writing.
Our fabric always comes as part of an outfit we make for you, never separately. If you already own fabric, our Stitching Only page explains that route instead.
Why it suits a deadline

Your written quote includes the fabric, the stitching, delivery and any import charges. Once it is paid in full, we make the outfit in 5 to 7 working days.

Can you match a colour from a photo?
We look for the closest fabric we can source and show you photos of it with the quote. Screens show colour differently, so if the shade matters, say so, and we describe it as carefully as we can before you decide.
Is the lining included?
If you choose a lining on the form, we supply it as part of the outfit, and it is listed in your written quote.
