A good brief, in any language you think in
Our quote form and replies are in English, but your notes can borrow whatever words you use day to day, whether that is tunique, kleed or kameez. What matters is the detail: the neckline, the sleeve length, where the hem should fall and the trouser style. Designing for receptions, offices and grey weather
Brussels has a busy calendar of receptions and formal dinners, and a design that works for a garden party in Lahore may need a different neckline or sleeve for a winter evening near the Grand-Place. For office days in the European Quarter or at a university in Leuven or Ghent, a cleaner version of a busy design is often wiser. Tell us the setting and the season, and we suggest changes before you approve anything. Western dresses, skirts and trousers are welcome too.
Quote, payment and customs
The written quote comes in euros, US dollars or sterling, as you choose, and payment is in full and in advance by bank transfer, Wise or a card payment link. One written quote covers the outfit, delivery and any import charges. Once it is approved and paid in full, we make it in Pakistan in 5 to 7 working days.

Shipped to you
The finished outfit is shipped to your address. Shipping time depends on your country and is added to the making time.

Can you make one outfit from a photo for a single event?
Yes. Single-piece custom orders are accepted. Tell us the event and date when you ask for a quote, and the details are agreed in writing before cutting.
What if part of my design will not work on the fabric?
We tell you before you approve and suggest an alternative. Nothing is cut until every detail is agreed in writing.
