The tiered maxi dress for Belgium

Our tiered maxi dress is a floor-length chiffon dress with balloon sleeves, a split band collar and three soft tiers, in seven colours. For Belgian weather, a lining makes it less sheer and warmer, and an ankle-length hem stays clear of wet cobbles in Bruges or Ghent. For a formal reception, a higher, closed band collar looks more polished; for a summer festival, three-quarter sleeves are cooler.
