Before anything goes to bpost
Send daylight photos of every piece first, with the lengths, and for fabric bought by the metre, the width as well. We check the fabric suits the design you want and that there is enough, and if it falls short we say so before you post; what to do if your suit is short of fabric explains the options. We also agree how it should be sent. Only then is it time to pack.
Posting from Belgium
You arrange this first shipment yourself, through bpost or a courier, with a tracked international service. Pakistan is outside the EU, so the parcel needs a customs declaration: describe the contents accurately, such as “unstitched cotton suit fabric, three pieces”, and give an honest value. Then the return journey
Making takes 5 to 7 working days, counted from when your fabric arrives and your quote is paid in full. The outfit then comes back to Belgium as a second, separate shipment, so give yourself time before Eid; the Eid outfit timeline helps. Its delivery, TVA or btw and EU duty are already in your quote, as the Belgium page explains.

Once your fabric reaches us and your quote is paid in full, we cut and stitch it in 5 to 7 working days.

The finished outfit is shipped to you as a second, separate delivery, with delivery and any import charges already in your quote.

Can I send fabric bought on Rue de Brabant?
Yes, subject to fabric suitability and sufficient quantity. Send photos with the length and width before posting anything, and we confirm whether it suits your design.
Is there somewhere in Brussels I can hand over my fabric?
No. We have no shop, address or collection point in Belgium. You post the fabric to Pakistan yourself once we have confirmed it.
