Step one is a photo, not a parcel
Hold on to the fabric until we have said yes. Lay each piece out by a window, photograph it, and send the pictures with any lengths printed on the label and a note of the design you have in mind. From those we can judge whether the cloth will work for that design and whether the quantity is enough, and then we agree with you how to post it. Posting from Denmark to Pakistan
The outbound parcel is yours to arrange. Pick a tracked international service; since the parcel is leaving the EU, it will carry a customs form, and the contents should be described exactly as they are, for instance “three-piece cotton suit fabric, not made up, personal use”, with a truthful value. Our 5 to 7 working days of making start when the fabric is in our hands and the quote has been paid in full. The outfit then makes its own journey north as a second shipment, and that inbound parcel is where EU import rules come in. Delivery, Danish moms and any EU duty on it are built into your quote, so the courier has nothing to collect; the Denmark page cites the rules.

Will you stitch cotton from a Danish fabric shop?
We can, provided the length covers the design and the cloth is right for it. Photos and measurements of the piece come first; the parcel follows only after our confirmation.
Is the cost of posting my fabric in the quote?
No. Sending the fabric to Pakistan is arranged and paid by you, unless the quote states something different. Shipping the finished outfit back to Denmark is part of the quote.
