A kurta you can cycle in
Tell us you cycle and we can plan for it: side slits high enough to pedal freely, a kameez that stops around the knee so it does not catch on the saddle, and straight or cigarette trousers instead of a full shalwar near the chain. A dupatta is best left off for the ride, or made as a narrower stole. In winter, a lined khaddar kameez under a waterproof jacket keeps you warm without bulk. Trouser styles compares the cuts.
Campus, office and the city’s quieter style
The University of Copenhagen, Copenhagen Business School and DTU in Lyngby draw students and researchers from around the world, and Danish workplaces dress simply. A plain co-ord in a muted shade, or a band-collar kurta in cambric or khaddar, fits that easily. Nørrebro and Vesterbro have their own relaxed, mixed style, where a printed kurta with straight trousers looks entirely at home.

Is there anywhere in Copenhagen where I can try something on?
No. We have no shop, studio or tailor in Copenhagen or anywhere in Denmark. You measure at home with the size guide, and we agree the numbers and design with you in writing before cutting.
Which currency will my quote be in?
You choose US dollars, euros or pounds sterling, and the written quote is issued in that currency, not in Danish kroner. Payment is in full, in advance, by bank transfer, Wise or a card payment link.
