Mubarak Al-Kabeer is Kuwait’s newest governorate, a stretch of family neighbourhoods between Hawalli and Ahmadi that takes in Sabah Al Salem, Qurain, Adan and Al Qusour. Ramadan and Eid bring relatives to the door, and that usually means new outfits for the women of the house. For long evenings of hosting, a custom jalabiya is easy to move in and still feels special, with embroidery at the neckline, down the front and on the cuffs. A kaftan is the looser choice, and an angrakha suit with a fine border suits Eid visits to relatives.
Ramadan and Eid move every year, so put your date on the form and order early. Making takes 5 to 7 working days once the quote is approved and paid, and courier time to Kuwait is added after that.
If the women of the family want coordinated colours, put everyone on one request, each with her own measurements, and we quote the outfits together. Each piece is cut separately to fit its wearer. Please note we make women’s clothing only. With Fabric + Stitching we source matching fabric for every outfit, so nothing has to be posted from Kuwait.

We make abayas to measure for Mubarak Al-Kabeer, stitched in Pakistan and couriered to your house. You order online or on WhatsApp in English or Arabic, and you send body measurements or those of an abaya that already sits well on you. There is no shop or fitting of ours in Kuwait.
Collection designs start from £80 with a matching scarf, in nida, crepe or chiffon, and any of them can be made in any colour. A plain black abaya with no embroidery is a perfectly good order, and so is a richer one for Eid. Your quote is in US dollars, euros or pounds and includes delivery and any import charges.

We supply the agreed fabric and make your outfit to your measurements. One parcel: the finished outfit shipped to you.
You supply suitable fabric, such as an unstitched suit, and we cut, stitch and finish it.

Yes. Velvet is one of the fabrics we can use for jalabiyas, and it suits a cool winter evening. The fabric and any embroidery are confirmed in your quote.
