Matching the level to the occasion
Delicate work sits at the neckline or sleeves, enough to lift a plain kameez for work or a weekday visit. Detailed work covers the neckline, sleeves and hem, and suits Eid mornings and family gatherings in winter. Statement work is bolder, for parties and evenings where you are a guest. We do not make outfits for brides.
A lace hem or lace on the sleeves adds interest without much weight, which helps when the weather is warm.
Weight, warmth and the Kuwaiti calendar
Heavier embroidery adds warmth, so it is more comfortable on velvet or karandi during the cool months than on lawn in summer. If Eid falls in the hot season, lighter work on breathable cotton is the kinder choice. Send us a photo of the look you like; what is possible on your fabric and design is confirmed in writing before cutting.

Add a reference photo of the embroidery, lace or border you like. What is possible on your fabric and design is confirmed in your written quote.

Agreed before cutting
The placement and amount of embellishment are agreed in writing with the rest of the design, and quoted as part of the outfit.

Made with the outfit
The work is done in Pakistan as part of stitching your outfit, which is then shipped to you. We do not embroider garments on their own.

It is included in your written quote for the outfit, alongside the stitching, delivery and any import charges.
