Limelight stitching questions
Can you stitch a Limelight unstitched suit?
Yes, through our Stitching Only service, for customers in the UK, the USA and Europe. Send photos of the Limelight pack and its label with the style you want, and we confirm the fabric is suitable and enough for your design and send a written quote. Once it is confirmed, you post the suit to us in Pakistan, and we stitch it to your measurements and ship the finished outfit to you.
Does it matter where I bought my Limelight suit?
No. A Limelight pack bought in the UK, the USA, Europe or Pakistan is stitched in exactly the same way. Wherever you are, ask us before you send it: we confirm the fabric and the sending arrangements first, because the suit travels to us in Pakistan and the finished outfit is then shipped to you.
How do I tell if a Limelight product is unstitched?
Unstitched items end in “(Unstitched)”, for example “3 Piece Lawn Suit (Unstitched)”, “3 Piece Slub Khaddar Suit- Embroidered (Unstitched)” or a single “Lawn Shirt (Unstitched)”.
Which Limelight fabrics can you stitch?
All of the fabrics in the range, subject to a check that yours suits the design you want. Limelight’s unstitched range includes lawn, lawn paste, cambric, khaddar, slub khaddar and poly khaddar; each needs a slightly different cut, seam finish or lining, and we confirm it before you send the suit.
Is The Gilded Seam connected to Limelight?
No. The Gilded Seam is independent: we make made-to-measure women’s clothing in Pakistan for customers in the UK, the USA and Europe. We name Limelight only because customers send us their unstitched suits to be stitched; we do not sell Limelight products.
