Getting the most from Sana Safinaz

Before you cut
Muzlin and Mahay are everyday lines: simple straight kameez with cigarette or straight trousers show the prints off well.

Pieces and pairing
Luxury lawn packs usually include embroidered panels; send a photo of every piece so we can confirm the layout before cutting.

Finishing
If a 2-piece has no dupatta, a plain chiffon or cotton one in a matching colour completes the set; tell us if you are sending one with it.

Can you stitch a Sana Safinaz unstitched suit?
Yes, through our Stitching Only service, for customers in the UK, the USA and Europe. Send photos of the Sana Safinaz pack and its label with the style you want, and we confirm the fabric is suitable and enough for your design and send a written quote. Once it is confirmed, you post the suit to us in Pakistan, and we stitch it to your measurements and ship the finished outfit to you.
Does it matter where I bought my Sana Safinaz suit?
No. A Sana Safinaz pack bought in the UK, the USA, Europe or Pakistan is stitched in exactly the same way. Wherever you are, ask us before you send it: we confirm the fabric and the sending arrangements first, because the suit travels to us in Pakistan and the finished outfit is then shipped to you.
How do I tell if a Sana Safinaz product is unstitched?

Which Sana Safinaz fabrics can you stitch?
All of the fabrics in the range, subject to a check that yours suits the design you want. Sana Safinaz’s unstitched range includes lawn, cambric, dobby, jacquard, raw silk and satin; each needs a slightly different cut, seam finish or lining, and we confirm it before you send the suit.
Is The Gilded Seam connected to Sana Safinaz?
No. The Gilded Seam is independent: we make made-to-measure women’s clothing in Pakistan for customers in the UK, the USA and Europe. We name Sana Safinaz only because customers send us their unstitched suits to be stitched; we do not sell Sana Safinaz products.
