Quotes for Saudi Arabia: USD, EUR or GBP?
From Saudi Arabia, you choose a quote in US dollars, euros or pounds. How to pick, ways to pay in full, what the total covers and what to check with your bank.
InspirationWhich currency your quote can be in
Customers in Saudi Arabia choose whether their written quote is in US dollars (USD), euros (EUR) or pounds sterling (GBP), and the whole order is paid in that currency. We do not issue quotes in riyals. Many people in the Kingdom pick dollars, because the riyal is pegged to the US dollar, so a dollar total is easy to translate in your head and stays steady between the day you receive the quote and the day you pay. Pounds or euros make sense if that is the currency you already hold.
This guide explains how to choose, how to pay, and what the total covers. For the wider ordering steps, see our Saudi Arabia page.
When GBP or EUR is the better fit
If you have savings or a salary in pounds or euros, or a relative in the UK or Europe is paying for the outfit as a gift, quoting in that currency avoids an extra conversion. Our product pages list prices in pounds, with an approximate figure in your local currency beside them as a rough guide only; the written quote is the amount you actually pay. Our general article on paying from abroad compares the options.
Ways to pay, and what to check
Payment is made in full and in advance, before any garment is made, using one of three methods:
- Bank transfer: send the exact amount in the quoted currency and use the reference we give you. Ask your bank in advance about international transfer fees and the exchange rate it applies.
- Wise: useful if you want to see the conversion and the fee before you send.
- Card payment link: quick, but check with your card issuer whether it adds a foreign-currency fee to the charge.
What the total covers
Your quote is a single figure for the agreed outfit or outfits, the fabric if we supply it, any customisation or embroidery, delivery to your address in Saudi Arabia, and any customs duty, VAT and courier fees on the way in. There is nothing more to pay when the parcel arrives. Before you pay, the quote also sets out the design, measurements, making time and the policies that apply; our guide to what your written quote includes lists every line.
If you are customising one of our designs, such as the tiered maxi dress, the dollar or euro figure is worked out for your order, since product prices are set in pounds.
When you pay, and if plans change
Nothing is made until the quote is approved and paid in full. Making then takes 5 to 7 working days, or for Stitching Only, it starts once your fabric reaches us. If you cancel a paid order before cutting, you are refunded minus the cost of any fabric already bought for it (with Stitching Only, nothing is deducted for fabric). Once cutting has started, there is no refund. Our page on payment and cancellations has the full wording.
Questions to settle before you pay
A minute spent reading the quote carefully saves an awkward conversation later. Before sending money, check:
- The currency is the one you chose, and the figure is the one you expect to transfer.
- Every outfit on your request appears, with its fabric, design and any embroidery described.
- Your city in Saudi Arabia is named for delivery, so the delivery and import charges are calculated for the right place.
- Your bank’s or card issuer’s costs are known to you, since any conversion or transfer fee they charge sits outside our quote.

Common questions
Can I pay in Saudi riyals?
No. Quotes for Saudi Arabia are issued in US dollars, euros or pounds sterling, whichever you choose. Your bank, Wise or card issuer converts from riyals when you pay.
Do I pay a deposit first?
No. Payment is made in full, in advance, once you have approved the written quote. Nothing is made before that.
Will there be any charges when my parcel arrives?
No. Delivery and any customs duty, VAT and courier fees are already part of the quoted total.
