Check first, post second
Please wait for our go-ahead before posting. From your photos we check that the fabric suits the design, that there is enough for the sleeves and length you want, and whether a dupatta or border needs planning around. A suit can be short of fabric for full sleeves or a long kameez, and it is far better to know that in Portugal than after it has travelled. Posting from Portugal in practice
You arrange this shipment yourself, unless your quote says otherwise. Take it to a CTT post office or book a courier, choose a tracked international service, and fill in the customs declaration with a plain description of what is inside, for example unstitched cotton fabric, and its honest value. Fold each piece flat inside a sealed bag, add a note with your name and quote reference, and keep the receipt and tracking number until we confirm the parcel has arrived.
Timing for Eid and events
There are two separate journeys: your fabric to Pakistan, then the finished outfit back to Portugal. We make it in 5 to 7 working days once the fabric has reached us and the quote is paid in full, and shipping time is added to both legs. For Eid, start well ahead. If posting sounds like too much, Fabric + Stitching needs only one parcel, and the Portugal page covers the return delivery.

Send daylight photos of every piece, with the lengths if you know them, and tell us the design you want.

We confirm it before you post
We check the fabric is suitable and enough for your design, and agree how to send it to Pakistan, before anything goes in the post.

You send it, we make it
Once your fabric reaches us and your quote is paid in full, we cut and stitch it in 5 to 7 working days.

Your outfit comes back
The finished outfit is shipped to you as a second, separate delivery, with delivery and any import charges already in your quote.

Can I send more than one suit in the same parcel?
Yes, once each one has been confirmed. Add them all to the same quote request so we can check them together and agree the designs before you post.
Who pays for posting my fabric to Pakistan?
You arrange and pay for that first shipment yourself, unless your written quote says otherwise. The return delivery of the finished outfit and any import charges are included in your quote.
