Online ladies tailor for Riyadh: how it works

Looking for a ladies tailor in Riyadh? How online tailoring works when your outfit is made to measure in Pakistan: measuring at home, design approval and delivery.

What an online ladies tailor for Riyadh really means

An online ladies tailor for Riyadh works without a shop counter. You measure yourself at home, send your design and measurements through a form, agree every detail in writing, and the finished outfit is couriered to your door. With us, the cutting and stitching happen in Pakistan, not in Riyadh: we have no tailor, studio or drop-off point anywhere in the Kingdom. What you gain is choice and fewer trips across a very large city. What you give up is trying the garment on halfway through, so the planning has to be careful at the start.

If you are used to a darzi down the road, the process feels different but not complicated. Here is how to make it work from Riyadh, step by step. The Riyadh page covers the city-specific details.

Making up for the missing try-on

A tailor you can visit pins and adjusts on your body. Online, the same precision comes from good numbers and clear choices before cutting. Three things help most:

  • Measure with help if you can. A second pair of hands keeps the tape level around the bust and hips. If you are alone, our guide to measuring without help shows a reliable method.
  • Use a kameez that already suits you. Measuring a favourite garment flat gives honest finished lengths and widths. See using a kameez that fits as your template, or choose the option to send a kameez that fits on the quote form.
  • Say how you like clothes to sit. “Relaxed through the hips” or “close at the shoulders but easy at the waist” is useful information, and we turn it into ease on the pattern.

Briefing a tailor you never meet

Most misunderstandings come from a picture that shows one thing and a customer who wants another. If you upload a screenshot, write what you want kept and what you want changed: “this neckline and the hem border, but full sleeves and a longer kameez”. Our article on briefing a tailor with screenshots has examples.

If there is no picture, a written description works. Our custom design service for Saudi Arabia takes sketches, photos or plain notes, and we confirm the neckline, sleeves, lengths, trousers, lining and any embroidery in the written quote, so you can read it all back before paying.

Riyadh details worth putting in your notes

A tailor in the city would know these without asking. We would rather you told us.

  • Abaya or not: if the outfit goes under an abaya for part of the day, say so. Sleeves that slide easily and a flat collar make a difference.
  • Air conditioning: offices, malls and campuses can be cold, so a slightly heavier cotton or a lining may feel better than the thinnest lawn.
  • Season: summer days are dry and very hot, while winter evenings can be properly chilly. Our guide to fabrics for Riyadh and Jeddah compares the options.
  • Delivery: when the order goes ahead, include your district and the short code from your National Address, plus a mobile number you answer.

From quote to your door

Your written quote is issued in US dollars, euros or pounds sterling, as you choose, and it already includes courier delivery to your Riyadh address and any customs duty, VAT and courier fees. You pay the full amount in advance by bank transfer, Wise or a card payment link. We then make your outfit in 5 to 7 working days. Courier time to Riyadh is added to that, so give yourself a margin before any date that matters.

Common questions

Can I drop my fabric at a shop in Riyadh?

No. We have no shop or drop-off point in Saudi Arabia. If you want us to stitch your own fabric, you courier it to us in Pakistan after we have confirmed it from your photos.

What if I am unsure about one of my measurements?

Tell us which one in your notes. We check anything that looks unusual with you before cutting, and nothing is cut until the measurements and design are agreed in writing.

Can I order a single kurta?

Yes. Single-piece custom orders are accepted, so one kurta, one kameez or one pair of trousers is fine.
