What we need to see first
Photograph every piece in daylight and give us the length and width if you can measure them. For a suit pack, include the dupatta and any embroidered panels; for fabric bought by length, tell us how many metres you have. We confirm it suits your design and is enough before you send it anywhere.
Printed cottons such as kitenge can make a good kurta, co-ord or dress, but the print and the length decide what is possible, so check with us first.
Sending a parcel from Kenya to Pakistan
When we have agreed the sending arrangements, you book the courier and pay for that leg yourself. Fill in the customs form truthfully, describing the contents as dress fabric, wrap the fabric in a sealed plastic bag against damp, and share the tracking number with us.
The finished outfit is a separate shipment back to you, and its delivery and any import charges are already in your quote. See the posting guide for packing tips.

We check the fabric is suitable and enough for your design, and agree how to send it to Pakistan, before anything goes in the post.

You send it, we make it
Once your fabric reaches us and your quote is paid in full, we cut and stitch it in 5 to 7 working days.

Your outfit comes back
The finished outfit is shipped to you as a second, separate delivery, with delivery and any import charges already in your quote.

When does the making time start?
When your fabric arrives with us and your quote is paid in full. From then, making takes 5 to 7 working days, and the courier journey back to Kenya is added on top.
Can I include fabric for two outfits in one parcel?
Yes, once we have confirmed both. Put them on the same request so they are quoted together.
What if the courier asks me for payment on the return parcel?
Your quote already includes delivery and any import charges on the finished outfit, so contact us before paying anything.
