Seen under a coat
For much of the year in New Zealand, a jacket or coat goes on over your outfit at some point, so the parts people notice are the neckline, the cuffs and whatever shows below the hem of the coat. The delicate level puts work at the neckline or the sleeves only, which suits an office morning tea or a birthday lunch. The detailed level adds the hem as well, a good fit for Eid visits.
Save the statement level, the boldest, for Eid nights and parties, where the coat comes off once you are indoors.
Showing us the look
A photo is the easiest brief: a close-up of a border, a lace trim on a sleeve, or a whole outfit you admire. Tell us where on your design it should go. In the written quote we confirm what your fabric and design can take and exactly where the work will sit. A fine border along the edges of an angrakha or a lace finish at the cuffs are typical requests.
Some unstitched packs include separate embroidered necklines or borders. If yours does, say so, and we work them into the design.

Show us the look
Add a reference photo of the embroidery, lace or border you like. What is possible on your fabric and design is confirmed in your written quote.

Agreed before cutting
The placement and amount of embellishment are agreed in writing with the rest of the design, and quoted as part of the outfit.

Made with the outfit
The work is done in Pakistan as part of stitching your outfit, which is then shipped to you. We do not embroider garments on their own.

Can I order only embroidery, without stitching an outfit?
No. Embroidery, lace and borders are added only to clothes we are making for you, never to a garment on its own.
Does heavier work suit a winter fabric?
It can. Detailed or statement work often sits well on heavier cloth such as velvet or karandi, which suits a southern winter. Your quote confirms what is possible on your fabric.
