Before anything goes in the post
Send us clear daylight photos of every piece, including any embroidered neckline panel or border, and the lengths printed on the label if you still have it. We check that the fabric suits your design and that there is enough of it, and we agree how it will be sent. Please wait for that confirmation; what to do if your suit is short of fabric explains why we ask.
Posting your fabric from Switzerland
You book the first shipment yourself, from a post office or with a courier, using a tracked international service. Fill in the customs declaration honestly, for example “unstitched cotton fabric, two pieces, used for personal clothing”, with a true value, and keep the tracking number so we can watch for it. The 5 to 7 working days of making start once your fabric reaches us and your quote is paid in full. Your finished outfit is then shipped to your Swiss address, and its delivery and any import charges are already in your written quote.
Fabric worth stitching for the climate
If you only have summer lawn, ask us about a lining: it gives a little more warmth under a coat and makes pale colours less see-through. Heavier winter suits in khaddar or karandi need a little more ease if you layer underneath. Read the Stitching Only service page or request a quote.

We check the fabric is suitable and enough for your design, and agree how to send it to Pakistan, before anything goes in the post.

You send it, we make it
Once your fabric reaches us and your quote is paid in full, we cut and stitch it in 5 to 7 working days.

Your outfit comes back
The finished outfit is shipped to you as a second, separate delivery, with delivery and any import charges already in your quote.

Can you pick up my fabric in Switzerland?
No. We have no one in Switzerland, so you post the fabric to Pakistan yourself once we have confirmed it and agreed how to send it.
What if my parcel is held on the way to Pakistan?
Keep your tracking number and send it to us so we can follow the parcel. Production only starts once the fabric has reached us.
