When we make an outfit for you, shipping clothes from Pakistan to Saudi Arabia is our job, not yours. The finished garment is couriered from Pakistan to your address in the Kingdom, and your written quote already includes that delivery plus any customs duty, VAT and courier fees on the way in. You pay once, in advance, and nothing further is collected at your door. What we do not publish is a transit time, because courier times vary by route and season; the only fixed figure is our making time of 5 to 7 working days after the quote is approved and paid in full.

What ZATCA says about online purchases
The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority publishes guidance for people who shop online from abroad. In short, online purchases below a set total value, counting the goods, shipping and insurance together, are exempt from customs duty, and VAT is collected on imported shipments whatever their value. The page gives the exact threshold.
We mention this so you know why import charges appear in your quote, not to give tax advice. Whatever applies to your parcel is already part of the total we write down for you, which is the whole point of quoting it that way. Address details that help the courier
On the first enquiry we only ask for your city. Once the order goes ahead, a complete address saves calls and delays:
- National Address: the short address code, or the building number, street, district and postcode.
- A mobile number you answer: couriers in the Kingdom often call or message on WhatsApp on the day of delivery.
- Compound or tower details: the compound name, gate number or building and flat number.
- A name the household recognises: so the parcel is not turned away at the door or the gate.
One parcel or two
With Fabric + Stitching for Saudi Arabia, there is a single journey: we supply the fabric, make the outfit and ship it to you. With Stitching Only, there are two separate shipping stages. First you send your fabric to us in Pakistan, after we have confirmed it is suitable and enough; then we ship the finished outfit back to you. The first leg is arranged by you, unless your quote says otherwise, and the second is included in your quote.

Planning around the calendar
Because transit times are not fixed, the safest plan is to work backwards from the date you need the outfit, leaving a generous margin before Ramadan, Eid and the wedding season, when couriers everywhere are busier. If something seems wrong on delivery
If a courier asks you for money at the door, contact us before paying anything, since all charges should already be covered by your quote. If the outfit arrives and does not match the measurements or design we agreed because of our mistake, tell us within seven days of delivery: we correct or remake it without charging for the work, and the postage both ways is paid by you.
