The commute to Amsterdam
If your day starts on the train to Amsterdam, your clothes need to look as fresh at the office as they did on the platform. A straight kurta in a crease-resistant cotton blend with cigarette trousers, or a co-ord with full sleeves, handles it well. Through customisation you can lengthen a kurta, change the trousers or add a lining, and the final design is agreed before cutting. Travel-friendly kurtas has more ideas.
Open polder, open sky
Almere is flat and open, and the wind crosses the polder and the lakes around it with nothing to stop it. A heavier dupatta, or none at all, is easier at a windy station, and a lined cambric kameez is welcome from autumn to spring. The city hosted the Floriade garden expo in 2022, and on a warm summer day by the Weerwater, lawn is all you need.

Can I ask for a kameez that does not crease on the train?
Yes. Mention it in your notes and we suggest a fabric that holds its shape better, such as a cotton blend or a crisp cambric, in your written quote.
Is there a pickup point in Almere?
No. There are no shops or pickup points. The finished outfit is shipped to the address you give us once the order goes ahead.
