Check with us before you post
Nothing should leave your house until we have confirmed it. Send photos of every piece in daylight, with its length and width if you know them; fabric from the Albert Cuyp or the Utrecht lapjesmarkt often comes in widths that differ from a Pakistani pack. We check that the fabric suits your design and that there is enough, which matters if you are tall and want a long kameez. Then we agree how it is sent.
Sending it from the Netherlands
This first shipment is yours to arrange, by a tracked international service. Pakistan is outside the EU, so a customs declaration goes with the parcel: write a plain, honest description such as “unstitched cotton suit fabric for personal use” and a true value. Pack the fabric in a sealed bag, because a Dutch parcel can wait in the rain, and include a note with your name and quote reference. Keep the tracking number and share it with us. Making time and the return parcel
Once your fabric reaches us and your quote is paid in full, making takes 5 to 7 working days. The outfit then comes back as a second, separate shipment, and its delivery and any import charges at the Dutch border are already in your quote. We check the fabric is suitable and enough for your design, and agree how to send it to Pakistan, before anything goes in the post.

Once your fabric reaches us and your quote is paid in full, we cut and stitch it in 5 to 7 working days.

The finished outfit is shipped to you as a second, separate delivery, with delivery and any import charges already in your quote.

Can I send fabric I bought by the metre?
Yes, if it is suitable and there is enough. Send photos with its length and width first, and we confirm before you post anything.
Who pays for sending my fabric to Pakistan?
You arrange and pay for that first shipment yourself, unless your quote says otherwise. The return delivery of your finished outfit is included in the quote.
