Choosing fabric across the Finnish year
From November to March, think warmth: khaddar, karandi and marina all have more body than summer cotton, and velvet makes a winter Eid feel special. In spring and autumn, when it is cool but not freezing, cambric or linen with a lining is usually right. The short summer is the time for lawn.
Because Finnish homes and offices are warm, the right answer is not always the heaviest cloth. Say where you will wear the outfit, at a desk all day or outdoors for a celebration, and we suggest a fabric to match in your quote.
Seeing the fabric before you agree
We do not send free samples. Instead, the quote comes with photos and a description of the fabric we propose, and you can ask questions or request a different option before approving. Nothing is cut until you are happy. The choosing fabric page explains what to ask about weight, colour and feel.
One parcel, charges included

We share photos and descriptions of the fabric with your quote. There are no free samples, and nothing is cut until the fabric is agreed.

Approve, pay and we make it
Your written quote includes the fabric, the stitching, delivery and any import charges. Once it is paid in full, we make the outfit in 5 to 7 working days.

Can I buy just the fabric from you?
No. Fabric is supplied only as part of Fabric + Stitching, when we make the outfit from it.
Can you add a lining to a winter suit?
Yes. A lining is one of the choices on the quote form, and we include it in your written quote with the main fabric.
