Before you go to Correos
Whether you use Correos, the Spanish postal service, or an international courier, wait until we have seen daylight photos of every piece and confirmed that the fabric suits your design and that there is enough of it. We also agree with you how the parcel should be addressed and sent. You book and pay for this first shipment yourself, unless your quote says otherwise.
The customs form, honestly filled in
A parcel from Spain to Pakistan leaves the EU, so it needs a customs declaration. Describe the contents plainly, for example “unstitched cotton suit fabric, three pieces”, give an honest value, and keep the receipt and tracking number until we confirm the parcel has arrived. Pack each suit in a sealed bag with a note of whose it is and which design was agreed. Our guide on posting your fabric for stitching covers the packing.
Then the return journey
Once your fabric reaches us and the quote is paid in full, we cut and stitch it in 5 to 7 working days. The finished outfit then travels to Spain as a second, separate shipment, and that is the one your quote covers, including delivery and any IVA or customs charges. If Eid is coming, start early, because two shipping stages take longer than one. If that sounds like too much, Fabric + Stitching uses fabric we supply instead.

We check the fabric is suitable and enough for your design, and agree how to send it to Pakistan, before anything goes in the post.

Once your fabric reaches us and your quote is paid in full, we cut and stitch it in 5 to 7 working days.

Your outfit comes back
The finished outfit is shipped to you as a second, separate delivery, with delivery and any import charges already in your quote.

Stitching Only questions
Can I send several suits from Spain in one box?
Yes, once each one has been confirmed. Label every suit with the person and the design, and list all the pieces on the customs declaration.
What if my suit does not have enough fabric for the design I want?
We tell you from your photos before you send anything, and suggest changes such as shorter sleeves or a different trouser style so the fabric you have can still work.
Is sending my fabric to you included in the quote?
No. You arrange and pay for sending your fabric to Pakistan, unless your quote says otherwise. Your quote covers the finished outfit’s journey back to Spain and any import charges on it.
