Built for heat and humidity
On a sticky July day along the riverfront, lawn and fine cotton are the most comfortable choices: they breathe and wash easily. Ask for a looser cut through the body, three-quarter or elbow sleeves, and side slits that let air move. Lighter colours help too. If your lawn is a little sheer, a cotton lining keeps it modest without much extra warmth.
A flared lawn kameez makes a fresh summer Eid outfit, and a short straight kurta is the everyday option.
Students and shift workers
If you study at the University of Windsor or St. Clair College, or work shifts at a plant or a hospital, choose pieces that wash at home and need little ironing. Cambric is good for that. Measure yourself with our size guide and enter the numbers on the quote form; we agree every detail in writing before cutting.
Winter still comes, if a little gentler than further north, so a khaddar suit is worth having for December to March.

Will my lawn be see-through?
Some lawns are fine and slightly sheer. Ask for a lining, and we will tell you in your quote whether we recommend one for your fabric.
