Choosing fabric without a shop trip
With Fabric + Stitching, tell us the colour, the occasion and roughly how warm you want the outfit to be. We send photos and descriptions of the fabric with your quote; there are no free samples, and nothing is cut until you have agreed it. Only one parcel travels, the finished outfit, so there is nothing for you to post.

A co-ord for the office park
Markham’s tech and finance offices are mostly business casual, and a matching two-piece looks neat without effort. A band-collar kurta with wide-leg trousers is a good base: ask for full sleeves for winter and a linen or cambric that does not wrinkle badly on the drive in. In July and August, lawn is the cooler choice.
For Eid or a festive evening, a long kameez with an embroidered front dresses up well in a heavier fabric.

Markham questions
Can I see the fabric before you cut it?
We share photos and descriptions of the fabric with your quote, and it is agreed with you in writing before cutting. We do not post fabric samples.
Can you sell me the fabric without stitching it?
No. Fabric is only supplied as part of Fabric + Stitching, made into your outfit. It is not sold on its own.
