Regina is flat, open and windy, with very cold winters and warm, dry summers. A dupatta in a light chiffon can be hard to manage outdoors, so you might choose a heavier one or leave it out for everyday wear. In winter, a lined khaddar suit with full sleeves keeps out the draught; in summer, cotton and lawn are best.
