Mild winters, warm summers
Bordeaux has an oceanic climate: winters are mild and damp, summers warm and sometimes hot. Cambric and linen are useful for most of the year, a lined suit helps from December to February, and lawn is for July and August. For a family wedding you are attending as a guest, or an Eid dinner, an embroidered cotton silk kameez suits the city’s elegant streets.
Sending your fabric
If you bring an unstitched suit back from a trip, or order one online, Stitching Only turns it into a finished outfit. Photograph it first and wait for our confirmation; then post it to Pakistan yourself with an accurate customs declaration. Can I send fabric bought by the metre in Bordeaux?
