Poste Italiane or a courier, after we confirm
Whether you send it through Poste Italiane or an international courier, start by sending us daylight photos of every piece, with the lengths if you know them; our guide to photographing fabric for a quote shows how. We check that the fabric suits the design you want and that there is enough, and agree how it should be sent. You book and pay for this first shipment yourself, unless your quote says otherwise.
Filling in the customs declaration
Pakistan is outside the EU, so your parcel needs a customs declaration. Describe it plainly, for example “two unstitched lawn suits, cotton”, state an honest value, and keep the receipt and tracking number. If you are sending several suits for different people, put each in its own bag with a name and the agreed design.
Planning around the seasons
In the north, order a winter suit before the fog sets in; in the south, a lawn suit before the heat. Your outfit is cut and stitched in 5 to 7 working days once the fabric has reached us and the quote is paid in full, and the return shipment to Italy comes on top of that. Tell us any date you are working towards, such as Eid, and the quote shows whether it looks realistic. If you would rather post nothing, Fabric + Stitching in Italy is the alternative.

Once your fabric reaches us and your quote is paid in full, we cut and stitch it in 5 to 7 working days.

The finished outfit is shipped to you as a second, separate delivery, with delivery and any import charges already in your quote.

Stitching Only questions
Can you stitch fabric bought at an Italian market?
Yes, subject to fabric suitability and sufficient quantity. Cotton, linen or a light wool bought by the metre can all be considered; send photos and the length first.
Who pays for sending my fabric to Pakistan?
You arrange and pay for that first shipment, unless your quote says otherwise. Your quote covers the return of the finished outfit to Italy, with any import charges.
