In many homes in Germany with Pakistani roots there is a stack of unstitched suits: ordered online during a lawn sale, brought back after a family visit, or given as a gift. Finding someone locally who stitches them the way you want is the hard part. With Stitching Only, you send the suit to us in Pakistan, we cut and stitch it to your measurements, and the finished outfit is shipped back to your address in Germany.

Confirm first, then post
Please do not post anything until we have looked at it. Send daylight photos of each piece, with the lengths if you know them, and tell us the design you want. We check that the fabric suits that design and that there is enough of it. Length is a common issue: if you are tall, a long kameez may need more fabric than the pack contains, and we would rather tell you now than after it has crossed two borders. Then we agree how it is sent.
Posting your suit from Germany
You arrange this first shipment yourself, using a tracked international service. Pakistan is outside the EU, so your parcel needs a customs declaration, the Zollinhaltserklärung. Describe the contents plainly and honestly, for example “unstitched cotton suit fabric, three pieces, for personal use”, and give a true value. Fold the pieces into a sealed plastic bag against damp, add a note with your name and quote reference, and send us the tracking number. How to post your fabric for stitching goes into packing.
Two shipments, one quote
The 5 to 7 working days of making start once your fabric has reached us and your quote is paid in full. The finished outfit then travels back to Germany as a separate shipment, cleared by the Zoll, with its delivery and any import charges already in your quote. If you cancel before cutting starts, nothing is deducted for fabric, because it is yours. More on the service is on our unstitched suit stitching page.

Once your fabric reaches us and your quote is paid in full, we cut and stitch it in 5 to 7 working days.

The finished outfit is shipped to you as a second, separate delivery, with delivery and any import charges already in your quote.

Can I send several suits in one parcel?
Yes, once we have confirmed each one. Label every suit with its agreed design, and list all the pieces on the customs declaration.
What if my suit turns out to be short of fabric?
We check this from your photos before you send anything. If a piece is too short for the design, we suggest a different cut or a way to use the fabric you have.
