Made for the Rhine-Neckar heat
The Upper Rhine plain is one of the warmest corners of Germany, and Mannheim summers can be properly hot and humid. This is where lawn and linen pay off: a loose A-line or straight kurta, elbow or three-quarter sleeves, and trousers with room to let air move. Lighter colours stay cooler in the sun. A summer outfit does not need a lining, unless the fabric is sheer and you would like one.
Students, offices and winter
The University of Mannheim is known for business and economics, and plenty of graduates stay for jobs in the region, so a smart kurta that works for presentations is useful. Lawn is the lightest and most breathable choice, with linen close behind. Tell us the outfit is for hot weather and we suggest a cut with enough ease to stay comfortable.

Yes. The quote form accepts centimetres or inches; just say which you used.
